Santa Parade 2020

This year COVID-19 precautions have caused many public events to not happen – like the Canada Day festivities and parade, GFI, Fall Fair, etc . . . When it came to the Santa Parade some people weren’t willing to give that up. So they came up with an adaptation which let the town see Santa without congregating in crowds downtown.

If you can’t come to see Santa then maybe Santa can come by your house to be seen by you.

While it didn’t have a lot of floats it did have Santa. And as you can see from the map below it did have a long route to travel.

When it came by our house we were ready with our cheers and sparklers. And a camera . . .
