UPDATE Feb 27: Mr. Moisson has been returned to the Daly Pavilion.

On February 25th, 2016 James MOISSON eloped from the Daly Pavilion Mental Health Facility in Trail BC.

Due to mental health concerns MOISSON is considered a High Risk Missing Person.

Brown hair, has a beard, and is missing a front tooth
